• Free spin bonuses are typically valid for 7 days. Any unused spins will be automatically forfeited after this period.
• You cannot have more than one active bonus at a time — a new bonus cannot be claimed until the current one has been completed or cancelled.
• If bonus abuse or deliberate arbitrage activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

• Once bets are finalized, they cannot be changed or cancelled.

• In the event of a server disconnection during a Live Casino game, any bet placed before the connection was lost will be settled automatically.

• If unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected, BigWin Buzz reserves the right to investigate and suspend the relevant bets.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BigWin Buzz. If detected, the account will be immediately closed and the balance forfeited:

• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games or place bets.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses (bonus arbitrage).
• Using or lending another user's account.
• Making transactions using stolen payment details or fraudulent documents.
• Hacking, cracking, or any form of cyberattack targeting the platform's software.
• Engaging in money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Collusion or syndicate betting with other users.
